Terms of Service

By using Just Check, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Just Check is a location-based Q&A marketplace. Users post queries about remote locations, and nearby responders answer via text, photo, video, or live call. All communication is peer-to-peer.

2. Accounts

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person — multi-account abuse will result in suspension.

3. Credits and Payments

• Free users receive 15 credits per day.
• Additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Credits are used to post queries. Responders earn credits for answering.
• Earned credits can be cashed out to real money via Stripe once a minimum threshold (500 credits) is reached.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Refunds for expired queries (no responder found) are automatic.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for harassment, threats, or illegal activity
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Spam or abuse the query/response system
• Impersonate other users or provide false information
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or manipulate ratings

5. Content and Communication

All messages, photos, and calls are transmitted directly between users via encrypted peer-to-peer connections. We do not monitor, store, or have access to your communication content. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

• Users can report inappropriate behavior during or after sessions.
• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
• Repeated low ratings may result in reduced matching priority.

7. Limitation of Liability

Just Check is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of responses from other users. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
